How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for updates on your shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. International delivery is not available.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for both in-store and online purchases, provided the items meet the eligibility requirements below.

Return Window:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Returns must be received by the 14th day to qualify.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in original condition

• Products with packaging must be unopened

• Items marked as Final Sale or Not Eligible for Return/Exchange are not returnable (see list below)

Return Process for Online Orders:

• Email info@cosmicrise.net to request the return address.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• You may use any carrier of your choice, though we recommend one that provides tracking.

In-Store Returns:

• Items purchased in-store may be returned directly to our boutique in Carrollton, TX within the 14-day window.

• Please provide your digital receipt or proof of purchase at the time of return.

Please Note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges

• We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item and may take 7–10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges will be shipped (or made available for in-store pickup) within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Not Eligible for Return/Exchange” cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any product intended for consumption or topical use is non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Yoni products

• Teas and herbs

• Soaps

• Sprays and mists

• Broken crystals

All other returnable items must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

What if my crystal bead bracelet breaks?

We understand that accidents happen — and sometimes your bracelet’s energy has simply completed its cycle. If your crystal bead bracelet breaks, you're welcome to bring back the loose beads (as many as possible), and we’ll restring and remake it for you free of charge.

This complimentary service is available for both in-store and online purchases. If you ordered online, please email info@cosmicrise.net for instructions on mailing the beads back to us.
